Commercial Contract Management Specialist (Payments)

What you will do

• Manage negotiations of client contracts and communicate negotiated pricing, solution design, business terms, and economic components to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams, advise management on timelines and deliverables, and resolve competing priorities to meet project and client requirements.
• Review and analyze contracts and legal documents, recommend language, negotiate provisions, and mitigate contractual risk while meeting business needs.
• Tailor contractual documents for specific business platforms and collaborate with stakeholders, management, and attorneys on innovative contractual solutions.
• Draft policy documents, conduct regulatory research, and adapt contractual processes to technology, regulatory, audit, and corporate requirements.
• Develop and update contract templates for new initiatives and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Relevant experience in client-facing contract management and commercial contract negotiations.
• Experience negotiating SaaS or technology services contracts.
• Advanced English level.
