Senior Analyst, Pricing Analytics (Healthcare)

Salary: $89,000–$179,000 annually depending on work location; additional bonuses, commissions, and equity may apply.

What you will do

• Act as an analytical liaison to Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to expand key growth areas and the market footprint.
• Build analytical and strategic frameworks to size business opportunities, define success metrics, and support strategic planning.
• Develop operational and executive dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor performance, initiatives, and recommendation outcomes.
• Create data-driven models to set and optimize drug pricing while balancing pharmacy partner economics with patient affordability and access.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on business challenges, technologies, and data-driven decisions.
• Partner with the data team to develop backend data sources supporting reporting and query optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to organize and interpret data to surface insights and opportunities.
• High proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Dashboarding and data visualization skills, including Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners by leveraging data and insights.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience, specifically with a Pharmacy Benefit Manager or major retail pharmacy.
• Prior experience with e-commerce and pricing analytics.
