Partner Delivery Program Manager (FDE)

Location: Remote across Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and the United Kingdom. Visa sponsorship is available for Germany; existing right to work is required in other countries.

What you will do

• Build and scale a partner delivery program for partner-led Forward Deployed Engineering engagements.
• Define delivery playbooks, engagement processes, quality standards, scopes, success criteria, and customer handoffs.
• Manage engagement intake and allocation with Forward Deployed Engineering, Partnerships, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage partner subcontracting agreements, statements of work, rate cards, billing, costs, and commercial structures with Legal, Finance, and Procurement.
• Define KPIs and SLAs, run partner performance reviews, maintain scorecards, and drive corrective actions.
• Track partner capacity and certified consultants, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, and identify and resolve delivery risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner delivery, professional services operations, or vendor/subcontractor management within a software or technology company.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing statements of work, subcontracting agreements, and commercial frameworks with services partners or systems integrators.
• Experience building KPIs and SLAs, establishing partner governance processes, and using performance data to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work effectively with Legal, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams while managing competing priorities.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple partner engagements, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to build scalable systems in a fast-moving environment while maintaining day-to-day operations.
• Professional proficiency in English; English is the company language.

Nice to have

• Experience working with global systems integrators or large professional services organizations.
• Familiarity with staff augmentation, partner-led workshops, hackathons, or other technical services delivery models.
• Background in workflow automation, systems integration, low-code platforms, or related technologies.
