Engagement and Program Manager - Wealth / Asset Management (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam or Copenhagen, with remote work and travel 40% of the time to customer sites and the Copenhagen head office.

What you will do

• Own enterprise platform setup programs end to end, from kickoff through go-live and hyper-care, against agreed plans and Statements of Work.
• Assess customer requirements and define how they can be addressed within the platform using scalable, standard patterns.
• Enable API, SSO, security configuration, and other integrations without bespoke buildouts, collaborating with product and engineering to identify gaps.
• Manage plans, scope, change control, risks, dependencies, issues, governance, reporting, and customer communication.
• Lead handover to Customer Success, including train-the-trainer sessions and supporting materials.
• Build repeatable playbooks, documentation, and delivery artefacts while representing programs in internal capacity and exception reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program or engagement management, consulting, product management, or another delivery-facing role, with a record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations end to end.
• Required experience in wealth management, private banking, and/or asset management.
• Ability to manage customer scope and timelines firmly while maintaining strong relationships.
• Highly structured and organized, with the ability to produce written plans, governance cadences, and actionable reporting.
• Technical literacy across enterprise SaaS delivery, including API-based integrations, SSO and security configuration, data migration, and data mapping.
• Enough SQL knowledge to read and question a mapping; the role does not require building integrations.
• Ability to quickly build fluency in customer business domains, including advice, suitability workflows, and customer reporting, within 90 days.
• Comfort with APIs, data structures, OAuth, SAML, deployment models, logs, payloads, and basic SQL or Python when needed.
• Ability to advocate for platform-aligned, scalable solutions rather than special cases or tactical workarounds.

• ITIL Foundation, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
