Chief of Staff, Product & Cross-Border Operations

Location: New York, New York, USA; hybrid workplace. Requires up to 15% domestic travel and up to 15% international travel, approximately 1–2 times per quarter, including periodic travel to Taiwan.

Salary: $188,677–$207,544 per year.

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional business operations and strategic initiatives across U.S.-based leadership and Taiwan-based engineering, product, and operations teams.
• Support initiatives involving recruiting, stakeholder coordination, public relations, investor-related work, and internal communications.
• Develop and maintain onboarding, enablement, training, and communication materials for employees across functions and regions.
• Translate strategy into clear plans, timelines, accountable owners, and structured workflows while driving execution across multiple teams.
• Analyze business performance, KPIs, and operational data to support leadership decision-making.
• Travel domestically and internationally, including to Taiwan, for recruiting, stakeholder coordination, team-related work, public relations-related activities, and business operations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three years of experience in operations, sales strategy, product, or cross-border operations.
• Experience working in early-stage startups and cross-border environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives and translating business requirements into structured workflows or product-related outputs.
• Experience with fintech, healthcare, or software or technology-driven business models.
• Experience coordinating initiatives involving recruiting, communications, stakeholder engagement, and organizational operations.
• Experience with employer branding initiatives, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
