Construction Associate Director (Luxury Residential)

Location: Dallas, TX; approximately 4–5 days of on-site support in Dallas required, subject to client needs.

Salary: $140,000–$185,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The base salary may be supplemented by bonuses, a 401(k) match, and other benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and oversee complex, high-value luxury single-family residential projects from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and development for multidisciplinary project teams.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage executive-level relationships.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and resource management.
• Manage risk, compliance, quality, contractual obligations, documentation, and contracts.
• Shape project strategy, planning, procurement, and value engineering; lead negotiations and resolve disputes and changes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of project or program management experience with complex developments.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and multiple large projects.
• Strong financial, strategic, and resource management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6, Adobe Acrobat, and project management platforms such as Procore or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
