Solution Architect (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must be based in the East or Central time zones.

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annual total pay.

What you will do

• Gather requirements from technical and business users, analyze information, and design comprehensive, scalable solutions.
• Lead technical integrations and implementations, managing process changes with business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead customer workshops and troubleshooting sessions to resolve complex integration and localization issues.
• Advise customers on integration best practices and support long-term platform adoption.
• Develop tools, stay current with new technologies, and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or in a similar customer-facing technical solution design and implementation role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• 2+ years of applied experience with modern web technologies, including HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to advise and persuade technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to drive outcomes despite complexity, ambiguity, or changing scope.
• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language and the ability to read and write scripts.
• Remote work requires a suitable home office setup, strong internet connection, a quiet space, and an appropriate professional background.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks, web servers, and proxy technologies such as Nginx.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems.
• Software development experience.
• Experience with file engineering and regular expressions.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk, Kibana, or similar technologies.
• Experience with translation, localization, and internationalization processes or fluency in multiple languages.
