Solutions Architect - Presales (AI)

Location: Hybrid, working out of the New York, NY office under the Global Hybrid Working Policy; 10% travel required.

Salary: $136,000–$168,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and architecture design sessions with enterprise customers, aligning solutions with business goals and data strategies.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable architectures, integration flows, and implementation plans using hirify.global’s CDP, Data Workflows, Connectors, and APIs.
• Configure and customize solutions, develop data pipelines, and advise on data ingestion, transformation, identity resolution, governance, security, scalability, compliance, and performance.
• Architect and deploy AI/ML-driven use cases including segmentation, predictions, customer journey orchestration, and personalized marketing.
• Act as the technical liaison for client architects, IT, business teams, Engagement Managers, Solutions Consultants, Data Engineers, and technology partners.
• Troubleshoot integration and performance issues, guide junior technical staff, capture customer feedback, improve technical playbooks, and experiment with emerging AI and agent technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing large-scale data solutions, ideally in SaaS, martech/adtech, CDP, or enterprise cloud environments.
• Proven experience designing and deploying complex data architectures, including integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, APIs, and workflow automations.
• Hands-on skills with SQL, Python, JavaScript, and popular cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure.
• Deep understanding of customer data models, GDPR/CCPA privacy and compliance standards, and identity resolution methodologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise use cases for segmentation, analytics, personalization, activation, and omnichannel orchestration.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to client engineers, business users, and executives.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams involving engagement managers, engineers, QA, and client stakeholders.
• Consultative mindset with proactive problem-solving, critical thinking, and partnership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
