Plant Manager-Clarkston, GA

Location: On-site in Clarkston, Georgia, United States. Travel may include up to 15% domestic and international travel. Relocation assistance may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship; the role may involve access to export-controlled information and may require assessment of U.S. person status and citizenship.

Expected compensation: $221,591–$270,834, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead plant employees dedicated to manufacturing products.
• Oversee environmental, health, safety, and security practices in compliance with regulatory requirements and company expectations.
• Lead operational excellence across environment, health and safety, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, cost, and employee relations.
• Improve end-to-end supply chain performance and resolve customer inquiries promptly.
• Develop manufacturing strategies, capital equipment plans, technology advancement initiatives, and employee and leadership development.
• Champion inclusive programs that create a strong workplace for employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution, completed and verified before starting.
• At least 10 years of experience in a private, public, government, or military environment in quality, product/process/project engineering, or manufacturing.
• At least 5 years of combined management experience in a manufacturing setting in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to comply with applicable corporate policies, procedures, security standards, environmental health and safety policies, and export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• Plant Manager or equivalent experience in a complex organization, such as one involving significant size or new product introduction.
• Strong leadership ability and a history of leading high-performance teams.
• Experience and certification in Lean Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Experience in operational excellence, lean implementation, and financial accounting.
