Salary: USD $107,430–$176,490 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead design for multi-release features and user flows across web and mobile, from ambiguous problem definition through shipped solutions.
• Translate customer needs, research insights, and business goals into problem statements, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Partner with product management and engineering on roadmaps, scope trade-offs, and high-quality delivery.
• Plan and run usability testing, concept validation, and behavioral-data analysis with researchers, then apply findings to improve designs.
• Apply and contribute to the design system to create consistent, accessible, and scalable experiences.
• Present design rationale, incorporate feedback, mentor other designers, and improve team practices.

Requirements

• Typically 5 or more years of product design experience shipping consumer or complex digital products, or equivalent experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong interaction design, visual craft, a clear user-centered process, and measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with experience working within a design system.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Working knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG, and inclusive design.
• Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
• Comfort working in agile teams, managing multiple priorities, and making decisions with incomplete information.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, privacy, identity, or subscription-based products.
• Experience designing AI-powered or data-driven experiences.
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing.
