AI Enterprise Architect

Location: Remote in the United States with travel to customer sites and partner locations. A current Top Secret clearance is preferred, and SCI eligibility is strongly preferred. Applicants must have the right to work in the applied location.

Base salary: $185,100–$273,200 USD per year, plus bonus plans and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise AI reference architectures for secure AI factories, air-gapped and classified deployments, multi-level security environments, RAG, AI agents, and mission AI.
• Design secure AI architectures integrating cross-domain solutions, trusted data exchange, mission assurance, insider risk controls, and modern AI platforms.
• Support strategic AI ecosystem partnerships, including the hirify.global–NVIDIA relationship, through demonstrations, joint laboratories, workshops, and reference architectures.
• Lead executive-level technical discussions, briefings, architecture workshops, technical strategy sessions, and AI modernization roadmaps.
• Author technical guidance, white papers, deployment guides, operational playbooks, GPU standards, and AI security best practices.
• Deliver technical training and enablement for sales engineering, field sales, alliance teams, and product organizations; represent hirify.global at industry and customer events.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of enterprise architecture or systems engineering experience.
• 3–5 years of experience designing, deploying, or operating production AI/ML environments.
• Extensive knowledge of enterprise architecture, AI/ML systems, and secure technology environments.
• Experience with large language models, RAG, AI agents, machine learning pipelines, Kubernetes and container technologies, GPU infrastructure, accelerated computing, hybrid cloud architecture, and edge computing.
• Understanding of secure computing principles, including Zero Trust Architecture, NIST standards, Risk Management Framework, Cross Domain Solutions, Multi-Level Security, identity and PKI, confidential computing, information assurance, and data security.
• Ability to lead complex technical discussions with executive stakeholders and translate technical concepts into mission outcomes.
• Strong systems thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, customer-first mindset, and ability to work in rapidly evolving technology environments.
• Experience developing and presenting technical content for customers, partners, and industry audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or Federal Government organizations.
• Experience with classified computing environments.
• One or more relevant certifications, including NVIDIA Certified AI Professional or Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect, Red Hat Certified Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, CISSP, GIAC certifications, or TOGAF.
• Current Top Secret clearance and SCI eligibility.
