Senior Scheduler (Data Center Construction)

Location: Boydton, VA, US; on-site at the client's data center campus.

Salary: $108,000–$145,000, dependent on experience, skill set, and education.

What you will do

• Build project schedules covering the full project scope, milestones, and timelines using the critical path method.
• Define responsibility and ownership for project deliverables through the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners.
• Align schedules with the project execution plan, including contracting, procurement, and project control strategies.
• Provide regular schedule progress updates.

Requirements

• Demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience, including interpreting and communicating findings to key partners.
• Detailed, coordinated, and quality-focused working approach.
• Degree or comparable experience in project management or a construction discipline.
• Working experience using Primavera P6.
• Experience working on hyperscale data center construction projects or projects of a similar scale.
• Ability to work on-site at the client's data center campus.
