Technical Program Manager (iGaming)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid role.

Salary: $116,000–$145,000 USD annually, dependent on experience, location, business needs, and market demand.

What you will do

• Build roadmaps and drive cross-functional program execution from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate end-to-end production deployments using Jira and Confluence to track work and maintain visibility.
• Manage changes and ensure they are safely approved and executed with partner teams.
• Lead projects such as environment migrations and end-user deliveries from kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and keep programs moving.
• Build structure, processes, and clarity in ambiguous or not-yet-defined workflows.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role leading cross-functional programs.
• Hands-on experience coordinating production deployments and change management, ideally using Jira and Confluence.
• Track record of delivering environment migrations and end-user rollouts.
• Strong project and program management skills, including roadmap creation and execution.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to remain effective under pressure.
• Comfort working autonomously in ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic environments while progressively bringing order to them.
• Proactive and curious mindset, with the ability to ask effective questions and continuously improve processes.
• Strong business and stakeholder orientation, with motivation to work with data engineering teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working directly with data engineering or data platform teams.
• Familiarity with security, legal, or architecture review processes in a technical organization.
