Senior Program Manager I (Fintech)

Location: Remote US; most roles can be performed almost anywhere within the country of employment, with occasional in-person work possible and in-person onboarding for new hires.

Base pay: $165,000–$225,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $146,000–$206,000 per year in all other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Own vendor performance across customer experience, service levels, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Lead executive-level vendor governance, quarterly business reviews, escalations, and accountability through scorecards and structured interventions.
• Define operational strategies and partner with Business Analysts on metrics, dashboards, performance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Compliance, Product, Risk, Training, Quality Assurance, and Workforce Management.
• Drive product and process rollouts, vendor migrations, regulatory implementations, and structured change programs.
• Translate vendor insights into actions that improve customer experience and compliance, resolve systemic issues, and promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in vendor or BPO management, operations, or a related field.
• Strong analytical background, including defining business questions, working with analysts to build tools, and conducting independent analysis.
• Proven ability to drive vendor accountability through scorecards, governance, and structured interventions.
• Track record of leading large cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills with internal and vendor executives.

Nice to have

• Experience managing vendor networks of 2,000+ agents across multiple geographies.
• Industry background in fintech, technology, or high-growth customer operations.
• Knowledge of compliance-heavy functions such as Fraud, Payments, or Compliance.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear narratives for senior leadership.
