Distribution Area Lead (Regio Zuid NL)

Location: Limburg, Netherlands, with frequent on-site visits to different Hub locations and collaboration with the Amsterdam office and remote settings.

What you will do

• Improve operational performance across multiple Hub locations in the Netherlands.
• Coach Hub Leads, Runner+’s, and Runners in leadership development, safety, service quality, efficiency, and team well-being.
• Identify key performance and customer experience drivers and translate feedback and insights into concrete actions.
• Oversee distribution strategies, systems, logistics processes, and equipment across Hubs.
• Drive data-driven process optimization and guide teams from startup phase to high performance.
• Collaborate across Hubs, the Amsterdam office, and remote settings while supporting rapid company growth.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3–6 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, and/or hospitality.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Curious, mature, and confident in coaching and intervening.
• Strong people and process focus, with a hands-on, flexible, and execution-oriented mentality.
• Result-driven approach with a focus on achieving outputs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Drive to disrupt grocery shopping.
• Willingness to travel to different Hub locations.
• Type B driver’s license.
