Staff Solutions Architect

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; expected to work from the office 3+ days a week. Relocation to a hirify.global hub may be supported.

Salary: $150,000–$176,000 USD annual base salary or on-target earnings range for Denver, CO.

What you will do

• Lead technical discovery and architectural discussions with Sales for prospective and strategic existing enterprise customers.
• Design and present scalable end-to-end solution architectures using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern integration patterns.
• Lead technical implementation and delivery for strategic enterprise deployments from initial design through go-live.
• Facilitate optimization engagements that improve platform adoption, reduce friction, and expand customer use cases.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex, service-impacting integration challenges.
• Mentor and coach Solutions Architects while defining technical standards, best practices, and customer-facing collateral.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, solutions engineering, or a related customer-facing technical architecture role supporting complex enterprise accounts.
• Deep technical expertise in RESTful APIs, webhooks, and modern system integration architectures across the full customer lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience integrating HCM, ATS, or enterprise workforce management platforms with third-party software and APIs.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategy and communicate effectively with executive leadership and engineering teams across pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
• Experience mentoring technical peers, driving cross-functional alignment with Product and Engineering, and using data querying and analysis to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong bias for action, resilience through ambiguity, ownership, urgency, and focus on meaningful outcomes.
