Solutions Architect, Professional Services

Location: Redwood City or San Francisco, California, United States; client visits onsite may be required.

Salary: $121,000–$175,500 USD annually, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Define, architect, and build complex hirify.global-based solutions with customers and internal teams.
• Advise enterprises on custom document vaults, large-scale file migrations, and integrations with custom CRM systems.
• Drive adoption of hirify.global products and platform capabilities while supporting customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Work with Sales, Customer Success, field teams, partners, and Solutions Consultants to identify customer needs and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Develop project scopes, statements of work, technical specifications, and business requirements for customer engagements.
• Lead pre-sales scoping, create repeatable technical solutions and industry playbooks, forecast capacity, and support revenue and bookings targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of development, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, ambiguous environments and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in architecture and system design for cloud solutions, including APIs, DevOps, infrastructure, middleware, scale limits, and rate limits.
• Experience with one or more of Python, TypeScript, Node.js/MEAN stack, Java, .NET, or Visualforce.
• Ability to establish technical delivery expertise based on market trends, research, and customer requirements.
• Ability to develop repeatable solutions that support best practices and industry playbooks.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on go-to-market execution.
• Ability to forecast capacity, deliver revenue targets, and support bookings target attainment.
• A driver's license may be required for onsite client visits.
