Loan Syndications Executive Director, Sales & Origination

Location: New York, United States; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week onsite at 300 Madison Ave, New York.

Salary: $185,000–$215,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location; eligible for incentive compensation and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Originate new hirify.global-led syndicated transactions for the Commercial and Industrial line of business.
• Manage specific geographic or industry coverage areas and P&L responsibility within the syndications group.
• Cultivate, maintain, expand, and add co-lender investor relationships.
• Build external brand awareness in the syndication market.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and Underwriters to ensure consistent syndications coverage.
• Contribute to enhancing the syndication platform and offerings while driving revenue and fee generation.

Requirements

• Experience supporting communications for senior executive leaders, including events, speaking notes, communications planning, and advice.
• Experience leading a team and coaching and developing team members.
• Creative, resourceful, tenacious, and able to develop and execute ideas.
• Strong storytelling ability, including identifying common threads and themes across businesses.
• Client-focused approach, motivation to achieve goals, and commitment to delivering meaningful impact.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location and, where applicable, a valid work or study permit.
