Financial Services Representative (Contract)

Location: Toronto, ON; work across multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, with availability for banking centre hours including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business banking clients to understand their priorities, financial goals, and personal needs.
• Provide tailored financial guidance and recommend products and solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Develop forward-looking financial plans and connect clients with relevant people and opportunities.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and community engagement.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work collaboratively to deliver a strong client experience across multiple banking centres.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel to multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, attention to detail, critical thinking, relationship-building ability, willingness to learn, and alignment with high standards and genuine care.
• Legally eligible to work at the specified location and, where applicable, hold a valid work or study permit.

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
