EBS Business Support Sr. Director (SAP S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead the EBS Business Support function, defining its operating model, strategic priorities, service standards, and performance expectations.
• Oversee business-owned financial and procurement systems, including SAP S/4HANA and related applications, to support reliable operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Establish governance for system enhancements, access management, security roles, application ownership, financial master data, and decision rights.
• Lead process improvements, issue resolution, root-cause remediation, operational resilience, and scalable system efficiencies across supported functions.
• Provide functional leadership during critical system incidents, business continuity events, and control-related matters.
• Act as the senior liaison between Finance, Supply Chain, EBS Process Owners, Digital, Internal Audit, Compliance, and technology teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required; an accounting-focused degree or equivalent depth of accounting education is strongly preferred.
• At least 12 years of progressively responsible experience across Accounting, Financial Reporting, Finance, enterprise business systems, or business operations support is required.
• At least 5 years of experience leading professional staff, building high-performing teams, developing succession and organizational capability, and delivering results in complex, cross-functional environments is required.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP platforms, including SAP S/4HANA or comparable systems, master data governance, regulatory reporting, and large-scale business or technology transformation is required.
• Demonstrated experience applying accounting expertise to complex, cross-functional processes and technology-enabled solutions is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading leaders is strongly preferred.
• Subject matter expertise in U.S. GAAP, accounting and financial reporting processes, internal controls, and the accounting systems and data flows supporting financial close and external and management reporting is strongly preferred.
