SAP PP Senior Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: USA - KS - ANY CITY; in-person collaboration is prioritized.

Salary: $84,400–$156,800 per year.

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing transformation initiatives and PP workstreams within large-scale SAP programs.
• Analyze manufacturing requirements, conduct workshops and fit-gap assessments, and design best-practice SAP PP solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP PP capabilities including demand management, S&OP, MRP, MPS, capacity planning, production and process orders, shop floor control, batch management, repetitive manufacturing, work centers, routings, and BOMs.
• Lead SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation, manufacturing migration, global template design, localization, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Optimize MRP Live, Advanced ATP, Embedded Analytics, Fiori applications, S/4HANA production planning, and PP/DS integration.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing, offshore and onshore teams, project governance, risk management, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and mentoring.

Requirements

• 12+ years of SAP PP consulting experience and at least 4 end-to-end SAP implementation projects.
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Production Planning, with deep understanding of manufacturing industry processes.
• Expertise in production planning, scheduling, procurement planning, and manufacturing execution.
• Strong master data management experience covering BOMs, routings, work centers, and production versions.
• Experience in global delivery and multi-country implementations.
• Strong client-facing consulting, stakeholder management, leadership, mentoring, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and senior leadership, with strong documentation and business process mapping capabilities.

Nice to have

• SAP PP certification.
• Experience with SAP PP/DS, SAP IBP, SAP Digital Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Experience in automotive, industrial manufacturing, consumer goods, or process industry sectors.
• Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile project delivery.
• Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions and SAP BTP.
