Manager, Technology Operations - Offer Listing Quality

Location: Hoboken, New Jersey, United States, or Bentonville, Arkansas, United States; onsite home office locations.

Annual salary: $96,000–$186,000 in Hoboken or $80,000–$155,000 in Bentonville, plus potential performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of medium- to high-complexity technology projects and programs.
• Own the strategy and roadmap for Offer Listing Quality, ensuring the framework reflects customer experience and seller performance drivers.
• Define and govern Listing Quality reporting, including metric definitions, reporting standards, documentation, and usage guidance.
• Drive adoption of Offer Listing Quality across internal teams and develop seller education on improving listing performance.
• Coordinate data science and model development, analytics and reporting, product and seller experience, engineering, operations, commercial teams, and seller education.

Requirements

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or a related area, plus 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
• Option 2: 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
• Expertise in planning, estimation, monitoring, and control of medium- to high-complexity technology initiatives.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and governance.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills to build consensus and alignment across teams.
• Understanding of organizational strategy, business operations, and the technology landscape.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Capability in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and program health.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or a related area.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, digital accessibility best practices, and accessibility standards.
