Associate Manager, Strategy & Operations

Salary: $105,400–$155,000 USD base salary per year, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Own a portfolio of projects focused on growing the US Marketplace business.
• Develop strategies for strategic markets, customer segments, and new growth opportunities.
• Incubate 0-1 initiatives, scope and test ideas, and recommend whether to scale or discontinue them.
• Design and execute operational experiments with measurable outcomes.
• Analyze data and assess the operational and financial impact of decisions.
• Partner with product, analytics, marketing, sales, and finance teams to resource and deliver initiatives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, technology, banking, or a similar problem-solving role.
• Completed bachelor’s degree.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work through undefined problems, operate at both strategic and detailed levels, and influence cross-functional partners.
