Manager, Technology Operations - Seller Onboarding

Location: Home office positions in Bentonville, Arkansas, or Sunnyvale, California, United States.

Salary: $80,000–$155,000 annual in Bentonville, Arkansas; $104,000–$202,000 annual in Sunnyvale, California. Additional compensation may include performance bonuses and stock.

What you will do

• Define goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements for multiple medium- to high-complexity technology projects.
• Assess and mitigate program risks while monitoring progress against milestones and maintaining program health.
• Lead cross-functional meetings and communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to build consensus.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, financial tracking, expenditures, and governance.
• Oversee technology process updates and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead team development, mentoring, accountability, and performance excellence.

Requirements

• Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or a related area, plus 3 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
• Option 2: 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
• Proven expertise in planning, estimating, monitoring, and controlling medium- to high-complexity technology projects.
• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders, build consensus, and influence through clear, data-driven presentations.
• Understanding of organizational strategy and business operations, including KPIs and profitability drivers.
• Knowledge of technology landscapes, trends, and methodologies relevant to program delivery.
• Leadership experience in team development, mentoring, and fostering accountability.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices.
