Engineering Manager, Partner Integrations (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in the United States; up to 5% travel may be required.

Base salary: $225,250–$265,000 annually, with potential equity and benefits.

hirify.global is a remote cybersecurity product company developing NodeZero, a platform for production-safe autonomous penetration testing and security assessment operations.

What you will do

• Lead the Partner Integrations engineering sub-team, including execution, team health, delivery pace, quality, and reliability.
• Grow the team to 6–7 engineers and manage the roadmap for integration products including CrowdStrike Falcon, SentinelOne Singularity, Splunk Enterprise/Cloud, and ServiceNow.
• Ship and maintain production-grade integrations with reliable installation, versioning, backward compatibility, and data fidelity.
• Define the API contract with the Integrations Platform team and manage upstream vendor API changes, rate limits, versioning, and deprecations.
• Build certification and validation processes covering functional testing, security validation, and partner certification requirements.
• Partner with Customer Success, Security Research, and the partnerships team to align integrations with customer demand and partner commitments.

Requirements

• Experience leading engineering teams of 5–8 people building and shipping third-party integration products in a SaaS or security context.
• Hands-on familiarity with APIs and data models of enterprise security platforms such as EDR, SIEM, ticketing, or similar systems.
• Track record of shipping integration products that meet enterprise reliability and data fidelity requirements.
• Experience managing external API dependencies, including rate limits, versioning, deprecations, and ongoing maintenance across multiple vendors.
• Proven ability to define and execute prioritized roadmaps balancing customer demand, partner opportunity, and engineering cost.
• Proficiency in Go or Python, with the ability to review and contribute to integration code.
• Understanding of enterprise authentication patterns including OAuth 2.0, API keys, SAML, and mutual TLS.
• Familiarity with webhook delivery, polling, and event-driven architectures for integration data flows.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure such as Lambda, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, or equivalent serverless integration execution technologies.
• Experience normalizing data across disparate security data models, including findings, assets, vulnerabilities, and alerts.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity background, including experience with EDR, SIEM, or SOAR platforms from a practitioner or vendor perspective.
• Experience with technology partnership programs such as CrowdStrike Marketplace, Splunkbase, or ServiceNow Store and their certification requirements.
• Familiarity with STIX/TAXII or other cybersecurity data exchange standards.
• Experience building customer-facing integration health dashboards or self-service troubleshooting tools.
