Associate Client Engagement Manager (Medical Communications)

What you will do

• Support client communications and serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned medical communications and publications projects.
• Assist with project execution from initiation through completion, including briefs, timelines, scopes of work, budgets, forecasts, resources, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate Scientific, Creative, Editorial, and other cross-functional teams while maintaining project records and publication data in Datavision or similar systems.
• Prepare agendas, status reports, meeting recaps, and follow-up actions, and support scope changes and change orders.
• Assist with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory reviews and document submissions through Veeva PromoMats or similar systems.
• Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, compliance, client alignment, SOP adherence, industry regulations, and quality standards; participate in client meetings, congresses, advisory boards, and speaker programs as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Communications, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience required in medical communications, medical education, pharma marketing, or related fields.
• Understanding of the life sciences and medical communications environment.
• Knowledge of publication development processes and industry guidelines.
• Strong project management, organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and proactive solution-oriented skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and learn new tools, technologies, and processes quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

• Experience with Datavision.
• Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats or similar platforms.
• Ability to grow into increased client and financial management responsibilities.
