Product Manager, Transportation (Logistics)

Location: Lehi, Utah, US; hybrid workplace. Daily collaboration with the offshore engineering team requires 8:00 AM–9:00 AM MT availability.

What you will do

• Lead a dedicated engineering team through two-week sprints, including standups, sprint planning, user-story definition, task assignment, sprint-point estimation, retrospectives, and delivery tracking.
• Build and refine directed warehouse tools for warehouse associates in partnership with UX designers.
• Identify logistics pain points, gather product requirements, align internal stakeholders, and conduct User Acceptance Testing.
• Analyze operational data to optimize freight execution, carrier ordering, yard management, and inventory distribution.
• Independently define scalable software solutions for complex supply chain and transportation problems.
• Lead the transition from legacy spreadsheet and email workflows to automated, in-house software products that reduce shipping and chargeback costs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
• Proven experience leading software engineering teams through full Software Development Life Cycle processes and two-week sprint cycles.
• Experience working with major retailers, e-commerce companies such as Amazon or Walmart, global logistics providers, or freight and trucking companies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and take full ownership of problem spaces.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Excel, AI development assistants such as Claude or Cursor, and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional cross-functional communication skills for aligning distributed engineering, design, executive, and operational stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in global supply chain logistics, cross-border freight distribution, or yard management software.
• Background at high-scale e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or Walmart, or global logistics providers such as Flexport.
• Hands-on experience using modern AI tools such as Claude or Cursor to accelerate product workflows and problem-solving.
