Deployment Operations Associate Principal

Location: New York City or San Francisco; requires willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year, excluding equity or variable pay where applicable.

What you will do

• Launch new hirify.global deployments and own the timely, high-quality execution of every aspect of each deployment.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making, rigorous project planning, and the entrepreneurial setup of hirify.global operations in new markets.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners and help them develop and grow fully operational on-demand transit systems.
• Manage product expectations and development feedback so the engineering team can improve the product.
• Use hirify.global’s operational and marketing knowledge to help partners maximize the value of its technology.
• Interpret large volumes of proprietary data to generate insights and business recommendations supporting partner-service success.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, take responsibility, and work independently.
• Meticulous, vigilant, and highly attentive to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to develop creative solutions rather than accept the status quo.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to choose the appropriate tone.
• Bachelor’s degree and a record of exceptional academic achievement.
• At least 3 years of work experience.
