Senior Banking Advisor (Banking)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States; onsite role. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship.

Salary: $156,370–$273,600 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Develop new client and prospect relationships and create marketing strategies for specific clients.
• Manage complex wealth management banking, credit, and treasury management relationships while identifying investment and fiduciary opportunities.
• Structure and negotiate complex loan and lease agreements, including pricing conditions, interest rates, swaps, and financing documentation.
• Advise clients on Goals Driven Wealth Management and cultivate networks of centers of influence.
• Provide high-level consulting and leadership to partners and teams on technically difficult, cross-functional activities.
• Develop and implement strategic programs, interact with committees and management, and lead others in solving complex problems.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis and client servicing, commercial lending, or leasing.
• Advanced knowledge of the banking industry, competition, and financing.
• Knowledge of investments, trust, and financial consulting concepts to identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiation, leadership, and sales skills for developing client, prospect, and partner relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to change, interpret business challenges, and recommend best practices for products, processes, or services.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts, influence differing viewpoints, and apply specialized depth or breadth of expertise.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
