Consumer & Business Banking Senior Relationship Banker (Financial Services)

Location: Exton, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite branch role with required branch hours, including possible weekends and evenings, and potential support for nearby branches.

Salary: $54,375–$90,000 USD annual base pay.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value consumer and small business clients.
• Deepen new and existing customer relationships through proactive outreach, early engagement calls, and regular portfolio contact.
• Assess customer needs and recommend consumer banking, business banking, lending, and other needs-based solutions.
• Generate cross-sales and collaborate with product partners and branch colleagues to achieve performance goals.
• Deliver personalized service in the branch, by phone, and through digital channels while educating customers on self-service options.
• Resolve client inquiries, follow risk and fraud controls, and comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One of the following is required: 5+ years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment; 2+ years in financial services with direct experience acquiring and developing client relationships; or 12+ months of successful hirify.global experience related to Relationship Banker responsibilities with endorsement from a District Executive, District Operations Manager, and Region President.
• 12+ months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Motivation to help people achieve financial goals and strong financial acumen, including general knowledge of consumer and small business products and lending.
• Proven sales, cross-selling, portfolio management, relationship-building, customer-centric, teamwork, and business-partner collaboration skills.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, consultative communication, influence, and customer engagement skills across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Professional, credible, and trustworthy presentation; proficiency with digital tools and technology; computer proficiency and basic math skills.
• Ability to follow policies and procedures, identify and escalate risk concerns, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Must be legally authorized to work full time in the United States without employer sponsorship.
