Lead MuleSoft Platform & Integration Architect (MuleSoft)

What you will do

• Define and execute the MuleSoft platform strategy, scalable architecture patterns, and runtime roadmaps.
• Own the performance, reliability, security, governance, observability, and availability of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Evaluate integration capabilities, identify optimization opportunities, and deliver modernization plans that reduce technical debt and improve operational efficiency.
• Lead architecture reviews, reusable frameworks, governance standards, and technical enablement across engineering teams.
• Establish enablement practices, mentor teams, and drive adoption of enterprise integration best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology, software engineering, or systems integration, including significant experience delivering MuleSoft solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience designing and governing large-scale API-led integration architectures focused on scalability, reliability, security, and business outcomes.
• Deep expertise administering MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environments, including platform governance, runtime management, security controls, observability, lifecycle management, and production operations.
• Ability to lead technical strategy, influence stakeholders, and translate complex architectural decisions into clear business value and actionable outcomes.
• Track record of driving platform maturity, modernization initiatives, operational improvements, and enterprise-wide adoption of integration standards and best practices.

Nice to have

• MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect, MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect, or related MuleSoft certifications.
• Experience building or scaling a MuleSoft Center for Enablement or integration center of excellence.
• Experience in payments, financial services, or other highly regulated, high-availability environments requiring strong governance and operational rigor.
