Senior Accountant

Location: Remote - US; 100% remote working environment, with benefits based on the candidate's country of residence and in-person team meetups.

Base salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year, plus performance bonus and stock option allocation for eligible roles.

What you will do

• Ensure accurate inventory levels between NetSuite and the global third-party logistics and co-manufacturer network.
• Evaluate purchase price and quantity variances, explain fluctuations, and communicate downstream pricing impacts.
• Coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain to track inventory fluctuations and flag related risks and opportunities.
• Account for customer cash payment flows, reconcile revenue streams to regional sales orders, and support Accounts Receivable and Cash Applications.
• Perform treasury activities including cash reporting, monitoring and funding company cash accounts, wire transfers, and related journal entries.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts in Floqast and NetSuite, cross-train across accounting areas, and identify process and control improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of general accounting experience with a reliable and detail-oriented track record.
• Strong technical accounting background with working knowledge of ASC 330 for inventory and ASC 606 for revenue recognition.
• Big 4 experience and an active CPA license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple work streams, and maintain a consistent can-do attitude.
• Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline existing processes.

Nice to have

• Experience with manufacturing, inventory accounting, and inventory general ledger reconciliation.
• Familiarity with standard costing or average costing methods.
• Experience in the consumer packaged goods industry.
