Operations Analyst

Location: Waterloo, Ontario, Canada; hybrid workplace.

What you will do

• Analyze and fulfill customer orders and requests within SLAs while providing timely customer service.
• Create accurate order contracts, invoicing portal accounts, software licenses, invoices, credit memos, and vendor forms.
• Create and maintain Salesforce reports, contract data, workflow process documents, and instructional videos.
• Manage inventory requirements and maintain financial filing and record systems.
• Respond to customer license and fulfillment inquiries and assist the sales team with customer issues, orders, and sales requirements.
• Support the finance team as required and provide occasional support outside normal working hours.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working in order fulfillment processing.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and teamwork skills, and the ability to solve problems to meet KPIs.
• Ability to achieve results independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a collaborative approach.
