Delivery Operations Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote from the Greater Toronto area, Montreal, or Ottawa; no minimum in-office requirement.

Salary: CA$115,000–CA$155,000 base salary, plus equity.

What you will do

• Oversee customer briefs submitted by GTM to Deal Desk, ensuring complete information and correct approval routing.
• Coordinate the transition from commercial approval to Engineering Program Management for delivery team assignment.
• Track opportunities through pre-delivery stages, identifying blockers, missing information, and required actions.
• Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, commercial, and delivery data in Salesforce and Mission Control.
• Develop reporting, process documentation, workflows, playbooks, SLAs, and operating standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate, standardize, and improve manual processes across the GTM-to-Delivery workflow.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, revenue operations, sales operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience working with CRM and business operations systems.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and manage processes involving numerous stakeholders.
• Strong skills in building automations and working with multiple AI tools.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, investigate root causes, and drive issues to resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Process-oriented approach and ability to convert nebulous ideas into discrete actionable steps and systematized work.

• Experience with data reporting, dashboards, or business intelligence tools.
