Junior Web Builder (HTML/CSS)

Location: Remote; must be a current resident of the Philippines. Willingness to work graveyard hours, 5 days a week, 9 hours a day with a one-hour meal break is required.

hirify.global is building an AI growth platform for real estate professionals and provides websites through its proprietary Presence Platform.

What you will do

• Build standard real estate websites end to end within established design frameworks on the Presence Platform.
• Apply cohesive color palettes, typography, responsive layouts, and client branding across devices.
• Review project briefs and supporting materials, translating client requests and brand guidance into website builds.
• Apply UX principles and SEO fundamentals, including metadata optimization and link mapping.
• Perform self-QA and verify state disclosures, brokerage branding rules, and MLS/IDX display requirements.
• Manage delivery timelines, task statuses, revisions, QA passbacks, blockers, and risk communication.

Requirements

• Little to no prior professional website-building experience is required.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JSON, with willingness to build fluency quickly.
• Comfort using Google Apps.
• Developing sense of layout, balance, aesthetic consistency, and website UX/UI.
• Comfort using or willingness to learn AI tools for coding and design tasks.
• Ability to seek feedback, apply it quickly, learn fast, work reliably, and take responsibility for work.
• Must be a current resident of the Philippines.
• Must be willing to work graveyard hours, 5 days a week, 9 hours a day with a one-hour meal break.
• Must own a laptop or desktop, have a valid government ID, and have or open a bank account.
• Must have a stable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps, a backup connection, and stable power supply.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to block-based builders such as Squarespace, Webflow, or similar.
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and technical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
