Senior Product Designer (Move-in & Staying)

Location: Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands; hybrid working with 2 office days per week. Remote work is available for up to 2 months per year.

What you will do

• Shape the long-term vision for the listing, search, and discovery experience.
• Lead product design projects from early discovery through launch and iteration.
• Use qualitative research, behavioural data, metrics, and experiments to make decisions and measure impact.
• Define success criteria and continuously improve product solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data to challenge assumptions and turn ambiguity into effective product experiences.
• Raise the design quality bar through critique, craft, design principles, and contributions to the design system.

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products.
• Strong product thinking and problem-framing skills.
• Excellent interaction and visual design craft.
• Experience with marketplaces, search, or discovery products.
• Experience running discovery and validating ideas.
• Confidence working with data, metrics, and experiments.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers.
• A portfolio showing both what was designed and the reasoning behind the design.
