Staff AI Experience Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, CDR (Amsterdam - Cedar), Netherlands

What you will do

• Define and evolve the AI Experience vision, design strategy, priorities, and measurable outcomes for analytics products and journeys.
• Lead the full AI design process from discovery through implementation, including user research, stakeholder interviews, service investigations, journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Validate advanced analytics concepts through testing, experimentation, and data-driven iteration.
• Design experiences spanning multiple teams, systems, and operational processes while simplifying complex financial and operational workflows.
• Balance user needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints, and drive consistency across products.
• Mentor designers, improve AI design practices and standards, and influence product decisions through research, storytelling, and evidence-based recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Experience, Product, or Service Design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end AI design ownership and measurable impact.
• Proven expertise in complex systems, workflows, and enterprise products.
• Deep experience in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and validation.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern AI-driven design methodologies.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
