What you will do

• Define and evolve the AI Experience vision and strategy for analytics products and customer journeys.
• Identify opportunities where design, data, and AI can improve customer and operational outcomes, translathirify.global business strategy into priorities and measurable results.
• Lead the end-to-end AI design process from discovery through implementation, includhirify.global research, stakeholder interviews, service investigations, journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Validate advanced analytics concepts through testhirify.global, experimentation, and data-driven iteration.
• Design intuitive experiences across multiple teams, systems, and operational processes while balanchirify.global user needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints.
• Mentor designers, improve AI design practices and standards, and influence product decisions through research, storytellhirify.global, and evidence-based recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Experience, Product, or Service Design.
• A strong portfolio demonstrathirify.global end-to-end AI design ownership and measurable impact.
• Proven expertise in complex systems, workflows, and enterprise products.
• Deep experience in user research, interaction design, prototyphirify.global, and validation.
• Strong proficiency with Figma and modern AI-driven design methodologies.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytellhirify.global skills.
