Senior Engineer I-Test (Parametric)

Location: Gresham, Oregon, United States; onsite work at the Oregon campus.

What you will do

• Perform and coordinate wafer-level measurements of semiconductor devices for parametric, functional, and reliability purposes.
• Process and analyze device characterization data.
• Perform detailed statistical analysis of parametric, functional, and reliability data.
• Design, validate, and test test structures.
• Generate parametric summaries, yield reports, and reliability reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.
• 5–7.5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of semiconductor devices.
• Knowledge of circuit schematic design and analysis.
• Experience or education in data analysis and data visualization.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift 20 lbs, push and pull approximately 50 lbs, and carry 20 lbs; able to perform the listed climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, crawling, handling, sensory, and communication activities.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data plotting tools such as JMP and R.
• Experience or education with LabVIEW.
