Intermediate Fullstack Engineer (Ruby/Vue.js), Growth

Location: Remote, Poland. The salary range applies to residents of the EU in the specified country or countries.

Salary: zł 248,000–zł 372,000 base salary per year. Bonuses, equity, and benefits are excluded from this range.

What you will do

• Design, build, and iterate on A/B tests and experiments to increase first purchases on hirify.global.com and self-managed hirify.global.
• Build and improve registration, trial, onboarding, in-product upgrade, and purchase experiences.
• Implement backend features and services in Ruby on Rails and frontend experiences using Vue.js.
• Analyze experiment results and product usage data with Data Analysts to decide which changes to keep, iterate on, or roll back.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to define hypotheses and success metrics, and work with Engineering teams including Fulfillment to remove purchase barriers.
• Maintain experimentation frameworks and tooling, document decisions, review code, and share experiment results asynchronously.

Requirements

• Professional experience developing with Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript.
• Solid Git, feature development, and deployment workflows.
• Experience with relational databases and a solid understanding of web performance optimization.
• Track record of shipping features to production and owning them after release.
• Ability to use product data to decide what to build, keep, or roll back.
• Ability to document decisions and share updates asynchronously with distributed Product Management, UX, and Data teammates.
• Ability to organize work, seek and apply feedback, and collaborate inclusively with teammates from diverse backgrounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with Vue.js, PostgreSQL, A/B testing, feature flags, experimentation frameworks, or SaaS sign-up, trial, billing, or checkout flows.
