Senior Full-stack Developer (Vue.js, .NET, AI)

Location: Kraków, Poland; fully remote work available from anywhere. An office-based system is also available by preference.

Salary: PLN 120–170 per hour.

People More builds software projects from scratch or in part, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile solutions, for clients and partners in Poland and internationally.

What you will do

• Design and develop application frontends primarily with Vue.js.
• Develop backend features in .NET with support from AI tools.
• Select technical solutions and ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Use AI for coding, refactoring, troubleshooting, and code review, while validating the correctness and security of generated code.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines independently.
• Collaborate with the CTO to expand AI use across the software development process.

Requirements

• Senior-level software engineering experience and the ability to independently deliver complex solutions.
• Strong frontend expertise with hands-on Vue.js and JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
• Experience with .NET and integrating frontend applications with backend services.
• Regular hands-on use of AI coding and review assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Concrete examples of using AI to improve productivity and solution quality.
• Ability to assess the correctness and security of AI-generated solutions.
• Experience independently configuring CI/CD pipelines.
• Proactive ownership of delivered solutions and the ability to explain technical decisions.
• Very good English and Polish.
