Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst (Professional Billing)

Location: Remote within the United States, except California, Illinois, North Dakota, New York, Ohio, Washington, and Wyoming. Hybrid office attendance every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday is expected for individuals within 60 miles of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Salary: $81,432.00–$138,611.20 per year.

What you will do

• Design, build, test, maintain, and configure Epic Professional Billing solutions, including Epic records, tables, and master files.
• Analyze workflows, data, integrations, application incidents, maintenance items, enhancement requests, upgrades, and projects.
• Provide tier-2 application support, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required, and collaborate with colleagues, Epic, subject matter experts, and end users.
• Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, test cases, and test scripts for new and enhanced functionality.
• Support training by communicating system changes, create presentations, facilitate meetings, and mentor team members and end users.
• Contribute to strategic planning, project scoping, change management, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Epic certified in the supported application, with a required Professional Billing certificate.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of IT or business experience, or 6 additional years of experience in lieu of the degree.
• 2 years of Epic-specific experience.
• Additional proficiency, certification, or badges in a related application area.
• Advanced understanding of the supported application, integrations, and general clinical or revenue-cycle applications.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, understand integrated workflows, present to large groups, and lead discussions toward next steps.
