What you will do

• Implement advanced product engineering and support specific process integration activities.
• Develop tooling for assigned products and monitor overall process performance.
• Apply structured engineering methods and best practices to achieve yield targets.
• Create and update procedures, traveler instructions, and Front End guides, while providing weekly progress updates.
• Compare manufacturing practices with TTM best practices and propose improvements or capital projects to address technology capability issues.
• Participate in internal design reviews and collaborate across functions on design-for-manufacturability initiatives.

Requirements

• Spring Co-op applicants must be current college juniors pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
• Use structured problem solving and make data-based, ethical decisions.
• Ability to participate effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Eagerness to learn quickly.
• Work experience and/or extracurricular activities in leadership roles or team environments.
• Must comply with TTM export control policies and applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC requirements.
• Access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.
