Manager, Strategic Initiatives (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel up to 10% for onsite meetings required.

Salary: $70,100–$126,200 per year.

What you will do

• Support Plan Administration in executing strategic plans, key processes, and program initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and oversee complex Operations and Administration projects from inception through completion.
• Partner with Operations leadership to create and implement action plans for process improvement.
• Lead project workgroups, manage multiple projects, resolve issues, and ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.
• Build cross-functional relationships and resolve requests from internal business owners.
• Coach and manage direct reports, oversee associate performance, monitor vendor and delegated relationships, and provide executive summaries on performance and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading projects and initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience leading people.
• Experience managing processes, projects, business workflows, performance, and cross-functional relationships.
• Ability to oversee vendors, delegated relationships, contracted relationships, and service-level performance.

• Experience in managed care.
