Salary: $73,698.00–$117,917.00 annually

What you will do

• Manage and administer small programs or phases of larger programs in line with objectives.
• Assess needs and coordinate resources to improve existing programs.
• Monitor program components, schedules, goals, benefits, and overall progress.
• Document and present program results through operational reports, outcomes studies, presentations, and publications.
• Recommend and implement program and process changes to achieve objectives.
• Control assigned program expenditures when applicable and manage vendors and contracts against service level agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree where required.
• 3+ years of experience in a related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field.
