Lead Advanced Analytics (AI)

Location: Onsite in Dallas, Texas, United States, at One hirify.global Plaza, five days per week. No relocation is offered.

Salary: $143,800–$215,800 USD annually.

What you will do

• Deliver workforce insights across talent acquisition, onboarding, career development, internal mobility, retention, and workforce planning.
• Identify workforce trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging challenges, and translate complex data into recommendations for senior leaders.
• Design dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting tools, and self-service analytics solutions using modern cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Apply predictive modeling, machine learning, forecasting, advanced statistical techniques, Generative AI, intelligent agents, and automation to business problems.
• Partner with business, HR, finance, technology, data engineering, and technology teams to build scalable, reliable, and governed analytics solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, influence executives through data storytelling, and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience; certification is required in some areas.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with enterprise-scale data environments.
• Experience developing data visualizations, analytics solutions, and decision-support capabilities with modern cloud-based analytics platforms such as Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar technologies.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience or knowledge of Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, Azure, Python, R, Generative AI, intelligent agents, AI-enabled analytics, data governance, analytics product management, modern analytics delivery methodologies, predictive modeling, and advanced statistical analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Math, Statistics, Engineering, or Physics is desired from an accredited university.
