Engagement Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote USA; candidates who live within a reasonable commute to one of the offices will work in the office at least 3 days a week.

Salary: $84,000–$105,000 per year, plus eligible short-term and long-term incentive programs and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage customer, partner, and internal stakeholder relationships throughout presales and delivery.
• Assess customer needs and develop delivery strategies, project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead project teams, assign responsibilities, motivate resources, and communicate success criteria and status updates.
• Track project financials, scope, schedules, budgets, quality standards, and changes.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks; act as the escalation point for customer and partner issues.
• Identify potential upsell opportunities and complete additional project duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in engagement management, project management, consulting services, or a professional services environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Project management experience in a revenue-driven environment, such as time-and-materials billing.
• Successful completion of complex enterprise-level client implementation projects and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience communicating and presenting to diverse audiences across groups and organizational levels.
• Experience in the SaaS and/or software industry, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support.
• Experience with large-scale ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle.
• Advanced knowledge or experience in accounting, audits, cash application, collections, financial services, software technology, SaaS, or related areas.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to deliver high-impact results, manage self and others under pressure and time-sensitive deadlines, and facilitate cross-team collaboration in person and virtually.

Nice to have

• 2 years of experience in the cash application, collections, or accounting industry.
• 2 years of experience with hirify.global products.
• PMP certification.
• Proven results as an Engagement Manager or Project Manager.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or project management software.
• Customer-oriented approach and sharp business acumen.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
