Senior Demand Planner (Semiconductor)

Location: Hybrid work model across hirify.global sites in Folsom, California; Santa Clara, California; Austin, Texas; and Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

Annual salary: $116,790–$237,710 USD.

What you will do

• Set up new products for forecasting in Compass and Blue Yonder CDP, partnering with Business Development to collect product attributes.
• Lead production and engineering demand cycles using Blue Yonder CDP and SAP IBP.
• Align demand forecasts, long-range planning scenarios, product milestones, NPI build timeframes, HVM ramps, and execution with Business Development and strategy teams.
• Maintain the product roadmap for monthly Sales and Operations Planning and report demand changes.
• Identify demand risks, opportunities, and trends while monitoring forecast accuracy, bias, lags, inventory, and lead times.
• Coordinate with supply chain, operations, customer business analysts, vendors, and capacity planning teams to ensure readiness and optimize supply commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environments.
• 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain analytics, or capacity planning.
• Experience with ERP systems commonly used in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Expertise in Sales and Operations Planning processes and supply chain planning systems such as Blue Yonder and OneMPS COMPASS.
• Advanced Excel experience for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, storytelling, data interpretation, and continuous-improvement skills.
