What you will do

• Design and coordinate end-to-end material flows linking semiconductor wafer fabrication with regional assembly, testing, and packaging operations.
• Establish governance for critical component visibility, multi-node tracking, safety stocks, inventory buffers, and excess-and-obsolete inventory control.
• Model global constrained capacity and balance product routing across cleanrooms, assembly facilities, and automated test resources.
• Develop long-range CapEx recommendations and align internal, foundry, and OSAT capacity with demand and market volatility.
• Chair the monthly executive S&OP/SIOP cycle and reconcile cloud and hyperscaler forecasts with operational and financial constraints.
• Lead the enterprise advanced planning technology roadmap and enforce master-data, yield-model, and planning-BOM governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive supply chain or operations leadership experience, including at least 5 years leading corporate S&OP or IBP transformations.
• Experience managing complex planning networks across North America and Asia.
• Substantial experience connecting front-end semiconductor fabrication with back-end module integration.
• Deep experience with advanced planning systems and enterprise platforms such as Kinaxis RapidResponse, o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, or Oracle Cloud SCM.
• Strong executive presentation, persuasion, and matrixed stakeholder-alignment skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or MS in an analytical discipline.
• Active ASCM/APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
