Operations/Supply Planner (SAP)

Salary: $129,375–$186,500 per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute integrated production and supply plans to meet customer demand while minimizing costs.
• Manage capacity planning, material planning, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate Sales & Operations Planning processes and facilitate cross-functional planning meetings.
• Analyze production and supply chain data and drive ERP-based planning processes using SAP.
• Manage supplier relations and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve plan adherence and operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in engineering or a related field and 2 years of experience in production planning and purchasing; alternatively, 2 additional years of experience may substitute for the degree and experience combination.
• 2 years of experience using SAP ERP, including the Production or Material Management module.
• 2 years of experience in supplier relations, including Supplier Management, planning tools, quality processes, commercial terms, and standard planning.
• 2 years of experience in capacity planning, material planning, and inventory management.
• Experience may be acquired concurrently.
